Brewing Secrets

• Use fresh, oxygenated water that has not been boiled before.
• For herbal teas, boiling water at 100°C is best.
• Place a pyramid-shaped tea bag in a cup or teapot, then pour water over it.
• Steep for 4 minutes, then remove the bag.
• If you brew it for too long, the tea may become bitter.
• To preserve its flavor, store your tea in a sealed container in a cool, dry, and dark place. Herbal teas can easily absorb moisture, which can shorten their recommended shelf life.
