What makes Lazika tea different from other teas?
Lazika doesn't just produce tea — it designs it. Every stage, from soil to cup, is meticulously planned. From how the leaves are harvested to which herbs they are blended with, everything serves a purpose. Because, in our view, good tea is a design job.
Are your tea packaging recyclable?
Yes, our packaging is designed with sustainability principles in mind. Most of the materials used are recyclable, and we are constantly working to make it even more environmentally friendly. For example, our fabric tea bags are sewn at home by women in the villages of Ardeşen. After using the tea, you can reuse the packaging for many different things around your home. Are your teas halal certified?
Yes. Lazika teas are halal certified and contain no non-halal ingredients. We offer teas made with natural ingredients that you can consume with confidence. Enjoy!
Do your teas contain artificial flavors or preservatives?
Absolutely not. Lazika teas contain no artificial flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives. Each blend contains only pure, high-quality herbs provided by nature.
Do your teas help with weight loss?
Tea alone is not a weight-loss solution, but some teas—especially green tea—can support metabolism when combined with a balanced diet and an active lifestyle.
What certifications do your teas have?
All our teas are produced in our own production facility in Ardeşen, Rize, in accordance with international food safety standards. As Lazika, we hold FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GMP, Halal, SEDEX, and FDA certifications. Our teas are completely natural, contain no chemicals, and their reliability is documented. Do you have caffeine-free options?
Yes, we naturally offer caffeine-free herbal and fruit teas. You can check our product pages for details.
Do your tea bags contain microplastics?
No, our tea bags do not contain microplastics. We use PLA (Polylactic Acid), a biodegradable material derived from corn starch. This ensures that your tea is free of microplastics and does not harm the environment.
Are your teas gluten-free and allergen-friendly?
Yes, our teas are naturally gluten-free and do not contain any known allergens. However, if you have a specific allergen concern, we recommend reviewing the product ingredients or contacting us.
Where do your teas come from?
Our teas are hand-picked from the fertile lands of Türkiye's Eastern Black Sea region, particularly from the high-altitude villages of Rize. By working directly with local farmers, we obtain the highest quality leaves. 100% of Lazika's production and operations are located in Ardeşen, Rize. Our goal is to make the tea of our region and the labor of its people a sought-after and preferred brand worldwide.
What types of tea do you have?
At Lazika, we produce and deliver the widest range of teas in Türkiye, and even in the world. In addition to our First Harvest Black Teas, hand-picked from the high villages of Rize, we offer handmade early harvest Green Teas, Super Green Teas, teas made with functional herbs and real fruit, and authentic Turkish teas as gifts. Whether you're looking for a strong black tea or a relaxing herbal tea, we have a tea designed for every occasion.
What is the difference between loose tea and tea bags?
For Lazika, there is no difference between loose tea and tea bags. Only the form of the tea differs. None of our teas contain powder. Tea bags contain finer tea, which allows for faster brewing.
What does "double filtering" mean? What benefit does it provide to the consumer?
Lazika black teas are filtered twice during the production process. This special process removes any dust that may have separated from the tea leaves.

How long does tea stay fresh?
All our teas have recommended consumption dates on the packaging. This is a recommended date, not an expiration date. All our packaging is designed to store the tea for a long time. The recommended shelf life is 3 years for black and green teas, and 2 years for herbal teas. However, the tea should be kept away from moisture, odors, and direct light.
Do your teas contain caffeine?
Yes, some of our teas contain caffeine. For example, our black and green teas are naturally caffeinated. However, we also offer decaffeinated herbal and fruit tea options. You can find detailed information about caffeine content in the product descriptions.
How should I brew my tea?
For Turkish black tea, we recommend the traditional teapot method. For green tea and herbal teas, let the boiled water cool for a few minutes to approximately 80-85°C, then steep the tea for 3-5 minutes. Recommended brewing times and temperatures for each type of tea are indicated on the product packaging.
How should I store my tea?
To keep your tea fresh, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dry, and dark place. Tea can easily absorb moisture and strong odors, so it's important to keep it away from pungent foods like spices. Lazika tea bags are specially designed to preserve the freshness of your tea.
Do you have any mixtures that offer health benefits?
Yes! We have functional teas. You can find them in the functional category on our website. These teas are not medicines or dietary supplements. They support you on your journey towards a healthy life. For example, our Collagen Green Tea supports normal skin and hair health, while our Prebiotic Green Tea contributes to a normal digestive system.

Do you offer a tea subscription service?
Yes, we offer a tea subscription service. You can choose your favorite teas and select from weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery options, receiving fresh tea regularly without worrying about stock availability.
Do you have a rewards or loyalty program?
Yes! You earn Reward Points every time you place an order or leave a review. You can convert these points into gift vouchers to use on future orders.
How does the membership work?
It's very simple! Just create an account, and you're already a member. As a member, you can track your orders, save your favorite teas, create lists, and receive stock and price notifications for your favorite teas.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only if it hasn't been shipped yet—usually within 2-3 hours of placing the order.
How do I use my promotional code?
When you go to the "Payment" section, you will see a "Discount Code" field. Enter your code in this field and click the "Apply" button; the discount will be applied on the payment page.
Why isn't my promotional code working?
There could be several reasons: Maybe it's already been used, or it's a typo (capitalization and spacing are important!). If you're still having trouble, contact us and we'll help.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Unfortunately, no. Your address will be locked once your order is placed—please double-check your address before confirming your order!
Can I return or exchange my tea if I don't like it?
You can return items, but exchanges are not accepted.
What should I do if I receive the wrong or faulty product?

What are your shipping options and fees?
Domestic shipping within Türkiye is 120 TL for orders under 750 TL. However, if your basket is 750 TL or more, shipping is free! We ship to 50 countries abroad, and the shipping fee varies depending on your delivery address.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Deliveries within Türkiye are completed within 2-5 business days. International deliveries vary depending on the region. You can always track the progress of your order!
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by going to the "My Orders" section in your account. Once your package is picked up by the courier, you will be able to see the real-time tracking information. We will also keep you informed via email at every step of your order.
