Emotional and Vocal – Rest

I sipped my relaxing herbal tea with a friend in the late afternoon. She had worked hard that day and was naturally tired, while I was on the day after a difficult week, bidding farewell to someone I loved. We finished our tea and went our separate ways. I spent that farewell night without fear or anxiety, sleeping soundly: my mind and heart were quite at ease! When we spoke the next day, my friend told me, "It took effect in 15 minutes. I felt relaxed."

Let's talk a little bit about what's "inside" our tea...

This vanilla and rose-scented, chamomile-infused, linden-warm blend also contains passionflower, which stands out with its captivating beauty. Passionflower is a nutritious tropical fruit belonging to the Passifloraceae plant family, known for its strong fiber and antioxidant content. This was my first time encountering passionflower, and after doing some research, I learned many things that I found very appealing. According to what I've heard, passionflower is most associated with freedom and independence. It's said to represent bold and adventurous spirits who dislike boundaries. It also symbolizes passion and excitement for life. When given as a gift, it conveys the message "choose your own path, live your life with passion." It arrived at exactly the right time, exactly where I needed it. :)

This caffeine-free tea also contains lemon balm, fennel, and cinnamon, so you can enjoy it peacefully at any time of day. It softened, calmed, and soothed me on that difficult day of farewell, but it wasn't the calmness of Sekine. I feel that "tranquility" is a more accurate description for rest. But let's make our next "Sensitive and Vocal" tea Sekine then. :)

That day, we drank our tea and went our separate ways, and we hope we're also managing to live life with passion. :)
