Apple – A Flavor That Spread from Anatolia to the World

The Legendary Flavor of Tea: Apple Tea

One of the most enjoyable things in the world is definitely drinking tea. Tea is a mediator between opposites, a common friend among strangers. You can have tea with someone you have nothing to talk about. Sometimes you just don't feel like talking. Drinking tea is a beautiful activity that requires no effort, no attention, no complexity, no pretense, and where there's no chance of hurting anyone's feelings.

When we say tea, we don't necessarily mean classic black tea. That's the difference between tea and coffee. Tea is a boundless, limitless world; there are no restrictions. You can make tea with anything your imagination allows, as long as you don't end up poisoned. Of course, when we say anything, there's no rule that everything has to make good tea, so don't get angry with us. We're just trying to turn good things into tea for you.

Believing there are no limitations when it comes to tea, we started our journey with apples. We made apple tea. Apple tea with delicious apples in it. It's not like apple-infused linden tea, apple-infused ginger tea, or apple-infused slimming teas where apples play a secondary role. It contains 80% of the finest apples from Isparta. Orange peel, cinnamon, and cloves are secondary flavors.

You may have heard that the appearance, smell, and temperature of food (hot or cold) all affect the quality of its taste. For example, cold soup will taste different from hot soup.

Your taste receptors can detect previously unnoticed flavors in an apple, a process facilitated by the intensity of the aroma you perceive. That's why we decided to take a closer look at apple tea. Apples are a common, almost ordinary food found in every market. Unraveling the mystery within ordinary things is Lazika's job.

An apple is made up of hundreds of different aroma components. It is its aroma that makes an apple unforgettable. Aroma, in fact, constitutes much of what we call "pleasure." It adds depth to the eating experience. It gives the apple its character.

Approximately 335 different compounds have been identified in an apple. The difference in taste from apple to apple is a result of the different compositions of some of these compounds. Therefore, the enjoyment derived from each apple is different.

Accessing the previously unperceived aromas of apples is possible by using our other senses. The reason apple tea tastes different from fresh apples is that apples processed into tea have a more intense effect on the senses.

Apples, which are extremely common—sometimes we snack on, sometimes we use them to curb our hunger, and sometimes we take advantage of their ease of carrying in our bags—are actually a gourmet treat.
